I would like to get in touch with someone about having a custom skin created for my forum "Urban-Block". I want a Hip-Hop theme to it, but since we're a little less mainstream, it might have a couple twists to it. (Not so much emphasis on "Bling Bling", lol).

Please get in touch. And, would the XML for installation and what-not come with the package?
