Hacked and need help.
Hello Guys,
I am writing today to ask anyone that has experience with phpbb for a little advice. I am one of the Administrators for a text based RPG running on a phpbb 2.0.19 version board. We have recently been hacked by a disgruntled player. While we have been able to repair some of the damage we have been unable to rectify the two biggest problems.
We are unable to edit or create profiles as a result of this hack. Does anyone have any idea how we can repair this and what the fault? I am newbie to this sort of thing and desperate for any help. Please someone take pity on this poor luddite. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
